Can I pay with cash?

We can only accept chip-and-pin credit or debit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) at the check-in terminal.

When will my room be available?

Your room will be available from 14:00 on the day of your arrival until 12 noon on the day of your departure. If you are planning to arrive earlier, just let us know. We want to make your stay as simple and comfortable as possible.

How do I get into the eee hotel at night?

You will receive your key card when checking in at the terminal. This card will also open the main doors and operate the lift. Should you lose your key card, please ring the emergency number on the check-in terminal so that we can replace it.

Where can I eat breakfast near the eee hotel?

Every room has a Nespresso machine for your morning cup of tea or coffee. There are also vouchers in every room entitling you to 20% off in the neighbouring SPAR-Bistro and 15% off in the local “Resch & Frisch” bakery.

Why is there no normal reception at the eee hotel and what do I do if I have problems checking in?

Your convenience is the eee hotel team’s number one priority. We chose to have a terminal for check-in to make your stay as simple as possible and to make sure you are not restricted by reception times. If you have any problems checking in, you can contact us using the emergency number. This can be found on the check-in terminal.
